• I understand that participation in the MVPeeps Combine involves physical activities that carry a risk of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with participation.
• I release and hold harmless MVPeeps, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in this event.
• I confirm that my child is in good physical health and capable of participating in the activities.
• I give permission for MVPeeps to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary and agree to be financially responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
• I grant MVPeeps the right to use photographs and video recordings of my child taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media and the MVPeeps website.
• I understand that MVPeeps is not responsible for supervising my child at the park. A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site at all times during the event.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MVPeeps from any claims brought by or on behalf of my child or any third party related to participation in the event.
